Reason Due to the location of the site within the established Green Belt and the poor means of accessing the site, a general business use is not considered appropriate. 02 Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no temporary use of the land shall be undertaken under Schedule 2, Part 4, Class B without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason So that further uses can be controlled by the Local Authority in order to maintain the openness and appearance of the Green Belt.
