Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the access bridge is lawful
as it was constructed more than 4 years ago, and that the omission of Juliet
Balconies in breach of condition 08 (RB2011/1512) is lawful as they have not been
in situ for more than 10 years since the dwelling was first occupied.
