That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of a proposed Loft Conversion at LDC, 202, East Bawtry Road, Whiston, Rotherham, S60 3LS for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Roof Conversion including a rear dormer and hip to gable roof at 202, East Bawtry Road, Whiston, Rotherham, S60 3LS shown on the submitted drawing (DRW 02) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed dormer window to the rear and hip to gable roof alteration would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
