That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the use of the land and buildings for storage and distribution
It is considered that the applicant has shown, on the balance of probability, that the site edged red on the submitted plan has been in use for the above for a continuous period of 10 years before 21 March 2023 (being the date the application was validated) and that the lawful use has been established.
