Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T5 Holm Oak Prune lower crown to clear property roof by 3 metres, garden by a height of 3 metres, and public highway by 5.4 metres. Remove specific branch crossing telephone line into house, back to main branch junction.
T11 Yew Prune lower crown branches to clear lighting column, and clear adjacent roof by 3 metres.
T12 Yew 20% crown reduction. Final pruning cuts less than 10cm diameter. Prune lower crown branches to give 3m clearance to adjacent roof.
T13 Yew Prune lower crown branches to clear adjacent garage by 3 metres.
T16 Monterey Cypress Fell.
T20 Laburnum Reduce stem near to building as require to reduce loading on weak fork.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
