This permission shall be valid until 31st March 2024 and at the end of that period (unless further permission be granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the buildings/fencing shall be wholly removed and the site restored to a car park.

The use is only considered appropriate for a short term period, due to its location close to residential housing and its housing allocation within the Local Plan.

The development shall not be commenced until details shown on drawing L5006/1/009 are implemented.

The compound hereby approved shall be open for use between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday and 08:00 – 13:00 Saturday, with no operations outside of these hours.

Positive and Proactive Statement
During the determination of the application, the Local Planning Authority worked with the applicant to consider what amendments were necessary to make the scheme acceptable. The applicant agreed to amend the scheme so that it was in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
