Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed construction of a rear dormer at 64 Silverdales Dinnington Rotherham S25 2RT shown on the submitted drawings (699-3 Rev C) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed construction of a rear dormer would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
