Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed alteration of the original roof from a hipped to a gable roof and the provision of a rear dormer window shown on the submitted drawing number 1252-02 Revision C would be lawful for planning purposes and would be in compliance within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
First Schedule
Alteration of the original roof from a hipped to a gable roof and the provision of a rear dormer reference shown on drawing number 1252-02 Revision C received 21/10/2021.
