That a lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the proposed erection of a new rear dormer, changing hipped roof to a gable roof, new front skylights and associated works to comply with permitted development rules at 4 James Street, Masbrough, Rotherham S60 1JU following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed erection of a new rear dormer, changing the hipped roof to a gable roof new skylights and works complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) Therefore the new rear dormer, changing a hipped roof to a gable roof with new front skylights is in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
