Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed garage conversion to a bedroom, w.c with a new entrance and an infill extension at 20 Deer Park Road, Thrybergh, S65 4EA shown on the submitted drawings (Proposed elevations/plans & Location Plans Feb 2021-01, Feb 2021-02 and Feb 2021-03) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would not be lawful. The proposed infill extension would project beyond an original side wall with a width greater than half the width of the existing dwelling. In addition, the resulting enlarged extension would project beyond the principle elevation. Therefore, the addition of the infill extension is not in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
