Officer Report:
There is an error within this application. The trees that stand as shown on the submitted details do form part of the TPO as mentioned above. The application that has been submitted is in relation to trees that fall within a conservation area. As such, I will respond with regards to the TPO.
There is no objection to the work as it represents good arboricultural management of the tree stock. The work will not have a detrimental impact on the trees or the amenity that they provide.
Conditions:
1. All tree works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010 and shall not exceed the works as described in the officer report above.
2. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
