The trees stand as shown within the submitted details. There is no objection to the proposed work as it represents good arboricultural management of the tree stock. The work will not have a detrimental impact on the trees or the amenity that they provide
Conditions:
1. All tree works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010 and shall not exceed the works as described in the officer report above.
2. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
