Description of applied works
• T1 Sycamore - Removal of two lower limbs as indicated within the submitted details.
• T2 Sycamore - Removal of three lower limbs and one secondary branch to balance the crown, as indicated within the submitted details.
• T3 Yew – Reduction of two lower limbs to a suitable lateral branch, as indicated within the submitted details.
Conditions:
1. All tree works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010 and shall not exceed the works as described above.
2. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
Informatives:
1. Whilst Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council does not object to the proposed works, for any tree that is owned by a third-party permission must first be sought from the tree owner to enter their land to carry out the works. Without receiving this permission anyone entering the land with the tree on it could be found to be trespassing.
