The proposed development comprises of more than one building and therefore does not comply with Schedule 2 Part 6 Class A (a) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 as the legislation refers to building and not building(s).

The proposed livestock building is within 400 metres of the curtilage of a protected building and therefore does not comply with Schedule 2 Part 6 Class A.1 (k)(ii) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015.

The proposed equipment store by way of its materials, design and siting is not considered suitable for agricultural purposes. It therefore does not comply with Schedule 2 Part 6 Class A.1 (d) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015.

The Council considers that by virtue of its size and height the storage building is not reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within that unit, and therefore does not comply with Schedule 2 Part 6 Class A (a) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015.
