It is considered that the applicant has shown on the balance of probability that the occupation of the static caravan and linked portacabin as a single dwelling has taken place continuously for a period in excess of 4 years, and that the land as edged red on the accompanying application drawing has been in continual use as ancillary curtilage (i.e. garden land) and that a lawful use has been established.
