| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Six individual trees and an identified group of small trees. Various Removal of trees to allow necessary engineering works to Harthill Reservoir.
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
4 That no trees should be felled unless a suitably qualified ecologist has inspected the trees and confirmed that there are no nesting birds within 48 hours of the fell.
5 That a tree replacement plan should be provided by the applicant within 3 months of the trees being removed and replanting to take place at the next planting season following the completion of engineering works. Trees lost should be replaced by native species standards at a rate of at least 2:1.
