Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/s Works
1x Holly and 1x Elder Fell to ground level. Located within the Cottenham Road hedge at the most bulged section of the wall.
Fig (T18) Coppice to allow regrowth.
Walnut (T02) Crown raise to achieve 5.0-5.5m ground clearance over the driveway.
Robinia (T36) Crown raise to achieve 5.0-5.5m ground clearance over the driveway.
Robinia (T12) Remove branch overhanging the pelican crossing and SL29 on Doncaster Road. Reduce adjacent ivy-covered stem and Holly to form a hedge along the wall side of Doncaster Road.
Robinia (T16) Reduce crown overhang by 2.0-2.5m over the road and footpath.
Multi-stem Laburnum (G03) Fell to ground level due to decline.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
