Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/s Consented Works
T47 Sycamore
Carry out all works as specified within the Prune tree schedule. Including but not restricted to the removal of all dead wood, crown lifting the tree to 5.4m above ground level (this includes the limb growing towards garage roof). Sever Ivy at base.
T48 Sycamore
Carry out all works as specified within the Prune tree schedule. Including but not restricted to the removal of all dead wood, crown lifting the tree to 5.4m above ground level. Remove all Ivy.
T49 Sycamore Crown lift the tree to 5.4m above ground level.
The removal of dead wood is exempt from normal application procedures, however it is included here for transparency.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
