The reason for refusal relates to the following matters:

• T1 Sycamore- Crown reduce to West to provide 2m clearance of dwelling; on East side to leave 4m remaining spread.
• T2 Lime- Crown reduce to leave remaining height 15m and spread 8m; reduce branches of Western crown to provide 2m clearance of dwelling.
• T3 Horse Chestnut- Crown reduce to leave remaining height 15m and spread 10m; additional pruning to give 3m clearance of dwelling.
As the current decision notice (RB2025-1260) is still valid, and remains so until 19/12/2027, I defer to the previous decision. We will not consider further applications for tree works within this two year period as a minimum, as it would be seen as too short a recovery period for the trees.
