Reason In order to protect the long-term visual amenity and character of the wider area. Informative 01 It is advised that the long-term siting of a storage container at the site is considered to result in harm to the visual amenity and character of the residential area. Should a storage facility be required in the long-term, a permanent structure in keeping with the surrounding built environment is recommended. Any future permanent structure would also require full planning permission and subject to further consultation and consideration. 02 Whilst no planning-related issues arose regarding the overhead power lines above the site, the applicant is reminded that the container and activities carried out on site may still be subject to non-planning requirements.
