This permission shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of this permission and at the end of that period the container hereby permitted shall be removed and the site restored in a manner to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority.

It is advised that the long-term siting of a storage container at the site is considered to result in harm to the visual amenity and character of the residential area. Should a storage facility be required in the long-term, a permanent structure in keeping with the surrounding built environment is recommended. Any future permanent structure would also require full planning permission and subject to further consultation and consideration.

Whilst no planning-related issues arose regarding the overhead power lines above the site, the applicant is reminded that the container and activities carried out on site may still be subject to non-planning requirements. Please contact Northern Powergrid for further information.
POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any formal pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any further alterations or modification.
