Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed detached outbuilding at 16 Braeburn Close Maltby shown on the submitted drawings (Floor Plan, Front Elevation, Rear Elevation, Side Elevations and Site Plan), if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would not be lawful. The proposed outbuilding would exceed 2.5m eaves height and cannot be permitted development.
Therefore, the proposed single storey outbuilding is not complaint within Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
