The Council considers that the applicant has failed to demonstrate, on the balance of probability, the siting of caravan and the use of caravan as a residential dwelling at the site have been in place for a continuous basis for ten years prior to the submission of the current application. As such the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the use as described above is lawful.
Informative
Enforcement action has ben authorised requiring the cessation of the use of caravan as a residential dwelling and the removal of the caravan from the site. It is advised that such use be ceased with the caravan removed from the site within 3 months from the date of this notice to avoid formal enforcement action being taken in this respect.
