The sale of alcohol from the pavilion building shall be permitted only during organised cricket club activities or associated club events and shall be restricted to the following hours:
Wednesday and Friday: 17:00 to 23:00
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 to 23:00
At no time shall the pavilion operate as a public bar or commercial drinking establishment. The sale of alcohol shall take place solely within the pavilion building, and no alcohol shall be sold for consumption off the premises.
Reason:
In the interests of residential amenity and to ensure that the use of the pavilion remains ancillary to the cricket club and does not result in undue noise, disturbance, or a change in the character of the use, in accordance with relevant local plan policies.
POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
