That a lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the proposed single storey rear extension at 15 Rockingham Avenue, Thorpe Hesley, S61 2FD for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed single storey rear extension complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
