That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the proposed provision of 1 No. bedroom mobile home/caravan within the garden of the lawful dwelling house for use as additional accommodation by family members as part of one household (not a material change of use) at 100, Swinston Hill Road, Dinnington, Rotherham, S25 2SA for the following reason:
It is considered the applicant has shown on the application date the siting of a 1 No. bedroom mobile home/caravan in the garden of 100, Swinston Hill Road, Dinnington, Rotherham, S25 2SA would not constitute operational development and is a use of land, however, this would fall within the same use as the remainder of the planning unit and would not involve a material change of use that requires planning permission.
