Reason To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt. Hours of use 02 All roller shutter doors installed on the buildings shall only be opened and closed between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 10:00 – 20:00 on Sundays. Reason To safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties and promote sustainable development in accordance with Part 15 of the NPPF and RMBC Policy SP52. 03 Within one month of the date of this approval, the fence hereby approved shall be painted in the agreed colour and finish (either green or black) and shall thereafter be retained and maintained for the duration of the development. Reason In order to mitigate the utilitarian visual appearance of the development in the interests of the visual amenity of the area. POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT Whilst the applicant did not enter into any formal pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any further alterations or modification.
