Conditions / Reason for Refusal: 01 The works to which this consent relates shall be commenced before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason In order to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 02 The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications and as shown on the approved plans (as set out below) (Drawing numbers, Site Location Plan/ Existing Site Plan/ 1/ 2A)(received 29/01/2026) (Drawing numbers, Proposed Site Plan)(received 11/02/2026) Reason To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt. 03 Doors hereby approved shall be constructed of timber and shall be painted to match the existing doorways. Reason To protect the special character and appearance of the Grade II Listed Building in accordance with Policy SP40 ‘Listed Buildings.’ Informative 01 Please note that listed building consent is required for these alterations to this Grade II listed building, including the subdivision of the shop unit. You will need to submit a listed building consent application before any of these works take place.
