A009 Received 12 February 2026 Reason To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt 03 Within 2 months of the date of this decision a Biodiversity Enhancement Management Plan (BEMP), completed by a suitably qualified ecologist shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. The BEMP shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: • A recent landscape plan detailing the location of proposed habitat creation, retention and enhancement; • Management aims and prescriptions detailing the methods required to create, retain and/or enhance each habitat at the required quality for a period of 5 years; • A timetable of delivery for each habitat; • A schedule of actions to be undertaken in case signs of failing are identified. The schedules must include details of technique(s) to be used, equipment to be used, roles and relevant expertise of personnel and organisations involved and timing of actions including submission of monitoring report to the local planning authority. Reason To ensure that the site is returned to its former state and that there is no detrimental impact on biodiversity 04 The temporary compound shall be managed in accordance with the details set out in the submitted Traffic Management Plan Reason In the interests of highway safety. 05 The lighting within the compound shall be in accordance with the details contained with the submitted plan ref A009 and no additional lighting shall be installed without the written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason In order to minimise the impact on nearby residents and local wildlife. POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT During the determination of the application, the Local Planning Authority worked with the applicant to consider what amendments were necessary to make the scheme acceptable. The applicant agreed to amend the scheme so that it was in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
