Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
G1 – Conifer (x2) Reduce height by 1m to leave remaining height of 3m.
T1 – Portuguese laurel Reduce height by 1.5m to leave remaining height of 3.5m.
T2 - Laurel Fell
T3 – Plum Crown Reduce by 2m, leaving a remaining height of 4m and a remaining crown spread of 4m, ensuring a balanced crown. Crown to be lifted to provide a 2.5m clearance above ground level.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
