The works to which this consent relates shall be commenced before the expiration of
three years from the date of this consent.
Reason
In order to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications and as shown on the approved plans (as set out below)

Reason
To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

No works shall commence until full details of the following have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:
• a plan drawn at scale 1:10 or 1:5 of the proposed plasterwork ceiling, detailing materials.
• A plan drawn at scale 1:10 or 1:5 showing cross sections of the windows and detailing all alterations to the historic windows.
The works shall thereafter be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason
To protect the special character and appearance of this Grade I listed building in accordance with Policy SP40 ‘Listed Buildings.’

Please note that planning permission will be required for the change of use of the South Pavillion into a Holiday Let and for the Air Source Heat Pump, Electric Vehicle charging point and the hard surface parking areas.
Positive and Proactive Statement
The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
