Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the applicant’s submitted report:
Tree/Species Consented Works
T11; T12 and T13 - Sycamore Reduce height from 14m to 12m; Crown Raise to 3m; Reduce spread (NW only) from 4m to 3m.
T1 - Sycamore Reduce height from approx. 17-20m to approx. 15.5-17.5m; Reduce spread by 1.5 m in each direction to leave spread of 6.5m N, S, E and W
T2 - Sycamore Remove single branch at 5m
T6 - Sycamore Reduce height from approx. 16-14m to approx. 12.5-14.5m; Reduce spread by 1.2m in each direction to leave spread of 3.8m N, S, E and W
G1 - Ash Reduce height by from approx. 15m to approx. 13.5m; Reduce spread by 1m in each direction to leave spread of 5m N, S, E and W
G1 - Sycamore Reduce height from 15m to 14m; Reduce spread from 2m to 1.5m N, from 4m to 3m S, from 3m to 2.2m E and W.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
