It is considered that the applicant has shown that the proposed use of the building falls within Use Class C2 (Residential Institutions) of The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, as amended, and due to the limited coming and goings and the single child being cared for that there is no material planning change of use.
First Schedule
Use of building as a care home for one child with two carers on a 48hr rota basis and a manager/deputy manager on a daily week day basis (Use Class C2)
