It shall remain open for the lifetime of the development. Reason to maintain the character of the area and to protect residential amenity Informative The garage shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used for any trade or business purposes. Positive and Proactive Statement During the determination of the application, the Local Planning Authority worked with the applicant to consider what amendments were necessary to make the scheme acceptable.
