Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T2 -Laurel o Reduce crown by 3m. From current overall height of 8m. To give new height of 5m.
O Reduce spread towards west by 2.5m. From current 5m. To give new westward spread of 2.5m.
O Reduce spread towards east by 2.5m. (overhanging neighbours garden) from current 3.5m. To give new eastward spread of 1m. Up to boundary with neighbouring property.
T3 - Conifer Fell

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
