Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/s Works
T1 -T6 Remove basal growth, crown lift to 3m above ground level and reduce branches over adjacent property by 3m to provide 3m clearance of the property.
T7, T12, T20 and T22 Crown lift to 2.5m above ground level.
T8 Crown lift to 2.5m above ground level, remove the Ivy and deadwood.
T9 Remove the Ivy and basal growth. One low branch is to be removed back to the main branch union at 6m above ground level. Remove deadwood.
T10 Remove deadwood and broken branch.
T13 and T19 Remove the deadwood.
T14 Crown lift to 3m above ground level.
T17 Remove basal growth and deadwood. Also crown lift to 3m above ground level.
T25 Remove deadwood and crown lift to 3m above ground level.
T26 Remove the codominant leader.
T27 and T28 Crown lift to 4.8m above ground level (remove Ivy on T28).
T29, T53, T53 , T56 and T57 Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level.
T30 Remove deadwood and crown lift to 2.5m above ground level.
T31 Remove deadwood and basal growth.
T32, T33, T34 and T37 Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level and remove deadwood.
T39 Crown lift to 2.5m above ground level. Reduce branches encroaching onto adjacent Church by 2m providing a 2m clearance of the Church. Remove the deadwood.
T40 Remove deadwood and crown lift to provide a 3.5m clearance above ground level. Reduce encroaching branches to provide a 4m clearance of the adjacent property.
T41 Reduce encroaching branches by 2m to provide a 2m clearance of adjacent dwelling.
T42 – T47 Crown lift to 2m above ground level.
T48 Crown lift to 1.5m above ground level.
T50 Remove the basal and stem growth.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
