Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
That a lawful Development Certificate be REFUSED in respect of the proposed basement under existing dwelling footprint at Woodside Bungalow, Second Lane, Wickersley, Rotherham, S66 1EE.
The proposal would require extensive engineering works. Notwithstanding the criteria set out in the GPDO as such requires planning permission.
Therefore, basement under existing dwelling footprint is not in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
