Positive and Proactive Statement
This retrospective application has been submitted as a result of an enforcement investigation, which identified a planning breach where parts of the existing fence, trellis and gates of the application site has been erected without planning permission. The applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority due to the nature of this application, and all elements in this application are considered in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
