Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicants site plan:
T1 sycamore (stump) remove epicormic growths and treat stump
T2 sycamore remove group of saplings and treat/ grub root system
T3 Lawsons cypress reduce by 40% and shape
G1 Ivy remove and reduce as required
T4 willow crown reduce 30%
T6 willow crown reduce by 30% and crown lift as required
T7 buddleia/Ivy remove/reduce as required
T8 willow crown reduce 30%
T9 bay reduce 30% and shape
T10 oak reduce lower crown branch and prune as required to clear driveway
G2 sycamore remove group of saplings and treat/grub root system

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new notification for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
