Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan showing the position of the glade within Wickersley Wood
Tree Species Consented Works
Mixed species, saplings and young trees (predominantly Silver Birch) Remove and treat all stumps in the glade with herbicide

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

For the future it may be useful to know that it is possible to make an application for a regularly repeated operation or a phased programme of work on trees under good management. Any such application should clearly specify the proposed works and their timing or frequency.
