Prior to the installation of the vinyl’s hereby approved, details of their appearance shall be submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The vinyls shall be fitted in accordance with the approved details.

To protect the special character and appearance of the Grade II Listed Building in accordance with Policy SP40 ‘Listed Buildings.’
