Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
The enlarged part of the extension would extend beyond a side wall which forms part of the original house and be over half the width of the original house and therefore cannot be considered to be permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1 (Class A1 (j)(iii)) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 2015.
Therefore a full planning application is required for the proposed extension.
