That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of a proposed hip to gable conversion at 3, Kempwell Drive, Rawmarsh, Rotherham, S62 7QT for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Roof Conversion including hip to gable roof at 3, Kempwell Drive, Rawmarsh, Rotherham, S62 7QT shown on the submitted drawing (DRW 02) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed hip to gable roof alteration would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
