Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree Species Consented Works
T1 Copper Beech Prune to remove any deadwood, broken branches and branch stubs
Crown Lift to provide 4m clearance above ground level over front gardens of no. 50 and 52 by careful pruning of small diameter low overhanging branches only
Crown lift to provide 2.4m and 5.2m clearance above ground level over the footway and carriageway respectively by the careful pruning of small diameter low overhanging branches only.
Minor additional pruning if required to balance the crown and achieve a natural appearance.
All final pruning cuts to be made at a suitable fork, side branch or bud in accordance with BS3998: 2010 Tree Work – recommendations
There shall be no reduction to the overall size/height of the tree concerned

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
