Based on the evidence submitted, it is considered that the proposed external insulation with a white render finish if finished, in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed external insulation with a white render finish, therefore, is in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended and as such is concluded to be permitted development.
