Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/Species Consented Works
A3-T4 Yew
Prune to facilitate driveway access by high sided vehicles (as in photo 1 on the app).
A3-T5 Yew
Prune 3 branches (as in photo 2 on app)
T7 Cedar-
Prune 7 branches (as in photos 3 & 4 on app)
T9 Holly
Pruning/reduction to western side to clear driveway (as in photos 5-8 on the app).

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
