Within 1 months of the date of this Listed Building Consent details of the patch re-pointing of the stone boundary wall along with a timescale for completion, will be submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The wall shall be re-pointed in a lime mortar to be agreed. The works shall proceed in accordance with the approved details and timescales.
Positive and Proactive Statement
The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
