Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the change of use to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (use class C4) for use by up to 6 persons is lawful for planning purposes and would be in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 3, Class L of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, as amended.

Use of the building as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) for no more than six unrelated individuals, as their only or main residence (use class C4)
