Reasons for Refusal.

The reason for refusal relates to the following matters:
• Fell 4 Lombardy poplars, and either fell or reduce to 10m height 3 Lombardy poplars
There is not sufficient evidence to show that the proposed works are justified, in accordance with industry best practice, as detailed in the latest edition of British Standard 3998. As such, the proposals would be contrary to BS3998 and Local Plan Policy SP33 ‘Conserving and Enhancing the Natural Environment.’
