The applicant has shown, on the balance of probability, that the area of Green Belt land to the rear of 35 Eastfield Crescent Laughton en le Morthen as identified edged red on the attached plan has been used as residential garden area for a period in excess of ten years before the 24 April 2024 and that the lawful use has been established.
