Reason In order to promote sustainable transport choices. 04 The landscaping details shown on drawing No.v/14/05 Rev C approved under discharge of condition application RB2019/0953 shall be implemented prior to the dwellings being occupied. Reason In the interests of visual amenity. 05 The boundary detailing shown on drawing No.v/14/05 Rev C approved under discharge of condition application RB2019/0953 shall be installed prior to the dwellings being occupied. Reason In the interests of neighbouring amenity Positive and Proactive Statement The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions, or was amended to accord with them.
